Rape looks like sex, and may even feel like sex. Rape is the motion of sex without the consent of all the movers. Look at rape as coercive management of another person’s actions and property for the benefit of the manager.

People who obligate themselves to have sex with another person (or other people) believe that they have a duty to cooperate. They may sometimes enjoy performing their duty. They may at other times wish they were doing something else. In either case, they do not doubt that another person has a legitimate claim to their cooperation. You could see this as collaborative management of action and property for the benefit of at least one person.

Both types of management are forms of socialism, in which human lives are managed resources for the “common good”. Socialism mimics sex; it can be dreadful, even fatal, or it can be fun. But you cannot refuse to participate.

Lovers have sex because they want to enjoy the sensations that result from action. They want the feeling of closeness that comes from mutual satisfaction. They enjoy liberty to reach out to their partner(s) for satisfaction, liberty to respond to partner desires, liberty to say, “No”.

Liberty is like the best sex you can have. You can cooperate, you can delay, or you can demur. It’s all good. It’s your life.

These comments, especially #1, 4, 5, and 6, come directly from my experiences then. They pertain primarily to the ADTC and other such like bodies.

1. Read the ADTC Charter and By-Laws outside of the TC meetings. Focus on learning what is in those documents. When a fellow council member tries to act outside of the documents, you will know that, and you will be able to remind him. You will also know what you can and cannot do within those documented rules.

2. I did not read the Charter and the By-Laws until my third term (2001-2003). I had no understanding when someone was acting outside the limits of these documents.

3. You are just a listener. Pay attention to the best of your ability to constituents and other speakers. Your job is to tell government agents and/or officials what folks in this community have to say. You are a conduit.

4. Remember that you have no authority to tell or coerce other folks to obey you. A lot of folks get on the town council with the idea that they are gonna make things happen according to their own agendas. Leave your agenda outside the council.

5. Be prepared now to stand up for your constituents in the event that town council members or government folks try to violate the constituents.

6. A constituent asked for my help in getting on the agenda to present his case before the TC (2001). I failed to do this because I had not prepared to go to bat for constituents before they needed me and because I had not read the Charter and the By-Laws.

7. Be prepared now to refuse to let other town councilmembers run over you or fail to follow through on task-related agreements that they have made with you.

8. I never signed any checks while I was treasurer (2001-2003) because I allowed the Presidents to run me around on helping me get authorisation transfers. One President did not keep the one appointment that I made for us to get the account bank to transfer signature authorisation to us and I gave up on him. The other President did not ever keep his promise to get the change-of-authorisation letter to the account bank written. I was responsible for writing the letter and I gave up on him, too.

9. Read the Rural Town Councils Guide Book. There is a wealth of information in there.

10. Be aware that pursuant to Johnson et al v ADTC 2007, the information on page 29 does not currently apply. The ADTC is governed by the Brown Act. Read up on that Act.

11. Provide contact information, such as a phone number or an e-mail address. You can get a cheap disposable phone for the phone contact or you can get a disposable e-mail address for free if you are concerned about privacy. The contact information provides credibility to you and to the proposition that you are concerned about issues that bother your constituents.

12. Leave your expectations outside the door and remember: this too shall pass.

Statuary laws are opinions that some folks inflict on folks through up-to-extreme prejudice. Crimes are just labels that some folks use to describe acts that offend them. I get that some folks fantasise that criminalising some acts will cause folks to refrain from committing those acts. The reality is that criminalising acts just provides an excuse for tyrants and their minions to persecute folks who offend them.

"Fighting for folks' freedom" is just an excuse that folks give for killing for pay.

My youngest brother joined the Army to take part in war. He has never claimed that he joined to defend folks' lives, liberty, or property. He now is a chaplain who helps National Guard soldiers feel better about their choices to kill for pay.

To folks who fantasise that I am some kind of anti-American based on the above commentary: I tried to join the Army and the Navy during the 1970s. They rejected me because I wore a hearing aid. Weirdly, folks with regular hearing can join, lose their hearing due to loud combat-related sounds, and get mugging-recipient-supplied compensation and hearing aids after separating from service. Isn't that so cool?

I refused to cooperate with a child humping prevaricator who then arrested me for "suspicion of engaging in a speed contest" 2014.08.08 Friday afternoon. I am out and have a court date 2014.08.14 Thursday 0830 at the Newhall courthouse. We will see how that works out....[see update 2014.08.13 Wednesday below]

I drove past a couple of vehicles on Davenport road and saw an alleged cop car pull out behind me. I found a place to wait whilst the alleged cop car passed me. But the guy Todd Cookston -14277- pulled up beside me whilst I was stationary beside the road and wanted to talk to me. Davenport usually has very little traffic on it, and was almost deserted at that time. Given that paramilitary predators kill folks every 7 to 8 hours, and that there would be no witnesses to any encounter, I was concerned about my safety, I had no desire to interact with him, and I rudely told him to go away. He red-lit me and I would not cooperate, choosing to exercise my ability to self-defend by leaving (see John Bad Elk v. United States, 177 U.S. 529 (1900) at http://supreme.justia.com/cases/federal/us/177/529/case.html for the self-defence ruling) Cookston followed me along Davenport Road to Sierra Highway. I came to a full stop at Sierra Highway and signaled for a left turn.

I turned left and Cookston followed me. Other folks, including Maurer - 19317, Mitchell - 19131, and Cisek - no number- , joined Cookston in following me. I slowed down to 25 mph in the school zone near Sand Canyon and drove the speed limit to Soledad Canyon Road in Canyon Country and came to a full stop due to the red light. I signaled for a left turn and turned left when the signal was green. I drove into the parking area in front of a liquor store where he arrested me. I exited the Jeep whist video-recording the encounter, using a pink Polaroid digital camera. Somebody attacked me from behind my right shoulder and knocked me down. Other folks joined in the take-down.

I demanded that Cookston show me his ID. He refused.

I told Cookston that he has to write down his questions and comments because I don’t hear well. He moved his mouth and I could not understand what he was saying.

I demanded a lawyer. Never got one.

No Miranda, either.

Donald Wilson-200790 tried to engage me in conversation using smiles to try to win me over that he was sympathetic to my situation. I refused to answer his questions. I asked him if he was another Manny Ramos or Jay Cincinelli looking for a Kelly Thomas piñata of his own. He pretended to not know what I was talking about. During this conversation, I demanded a lawyer.

Whilst Cookston drove me to the Sheriff Station in Newhall, he used his cell phone in violation of the vehicle code.

The camera is broken. There is a very brief video clip that depicts behaviour at the west-bound left lane at the Sierra Highway and Soledad Canyon Road in Canyon Country intersection.

During the booking, Wilson counted out seven 100 dollar bills out of ten 100 dollar bills. I think Wilson stole the other three 100 dollar bills.

Lori is righteously pissed at me because I got into this situation. You have my permission to be pissed at me, too.

I could have

• taken out my camera and started video-recording as soon as Cookston tried to talk to me.

• rolled up the Jeep windows and refused to respond to him.

• demanded to see his paramilitary predator ID as soon as he asked for my ID.

• put hazard lights on and driven to the courthouse in Newhall and demanded that all paramilitary predators interacting with me show paramilitary predator ID.

Lori reviewed paperwork related to this encounter and saw a reference to a court appearance 0830 2014.08.11 Monday. She got me at a client work site and we went right over to court.

But the criminal court clerk could not find a case or warrant for Monday and sent us to the District Attorney clerks who could not find a case or warrant, either....Turns out that I have a 0830 2014.10.14 Tuesday court date, not 0830 2014.08.11 Monday, or 0830 2014.08.14 Thursday.

We attended a 1538.5 hearing 2015.04.06 Monday am and left with an apparent dismissal.

The hearing was to address a motion to suppress the prosecutor's evidence because the cop acted unlawfully from the time he lit me up to the arrest and beyond. The judge, prosecutor, testilier, defence counsel, and I watched a video of the incident. The judge ruled that I was rude, that the fact that I was being rude did not authorise the cop to detain me, that the participating officers acted unlawfully, and that the evidence that they provided was therefore invalid.

The prosecutor then moved to dismiss because he had no valid evidence to prove the charge.

We got documentation that the judge dismissed the charge 2015.04.08 Wednesday pm.

Do you realise that I actually manipulated a-half-dozen guys into unlawfully following me for no reason? I got two judges, one commissioner, at least four DDAs, two PDs, four court reporters (one a CART), two court clerks, and sundry other folks in an arraignment, five pre-trial hearings, and a suppression motion hearing in three courtrooms.....

all at government expense....

I did good!

and this was for a rinky-dinky misdemeanor....

I do not have a passport. There is no established law prohibiting me from not carrying a passport.

Social Security cards are not identification or proof of legal presence. There is no established law prohibiting me from not carrying a Social Security card.

By the definition immigration snivelers offer for "unauthorised visitors" I am an "unauthorised visitor".

I see entities saying that they have no problem with checkpoints. These entities fail to admit that eventually immigration code enforcers will come for them.

Apparently the German judge's acquittal of CJ Hopkins was not a final judgement. Even if the acquittal becomes final, some other prosecutor in some other German jurisdiction could file similar charges against Hopkins.

I live in Los Angeles County in California, United States. The following remarks pertain to County folks.

Los Angeles County Sheriff's deputies still assault and arrest non-violent violators of the California Penal Code related to consensual commercial carnal collaboration, possession of non-government approved property or substances, and other non-approved behavior. They also assault and arrest folks who do not violate Penal Code provisions.

Deputies don’t arrest folks who violently interact with other folks below a certain threshold of harm. They don’t investigate “simple rape” complaints. They don’t follow up on “low level” vandalism complaints.

I don't get that the Sheriff or deputies provide security from other folks' behavior.

I get that folks who promote the narrative that local county Sheriffs or deputies provide optimal personal security to county residents either fantasise or lie. I tend to believe they lie; that’s just me.

It is not some sort of safe romper room for sensitive child-like consumers of content.

Some folks want Ss to cater to their desires to control other folks’ output by limiting the latters’ “offensive” compositions. These folks snivel about hate content. They claim to want to guard against emotionally traumatising vulnerable readers who could melt down upon reading “unsafe” words.

Some folks claim that they want to guard gullible readers against liars and their lies. So they apparently want Ss folks to check out writers’ claims about themselves in case they are con artists , or something. I get that these folks want Ss folk to fact-check content just in case the content is false, or misleading, or something.

Snivelers are demanding content moderation and/or pre-or-post publication verification of writers’ biographic claims. They demand that Ss folks be responsible for protecting fragile, gullible, sensitive, vulnerable readers from offensive and/or unscrupulous writers.

Readers are responsible for reading or not other folks’ comments or content. Readers are responsible for understanding or not what other folks write. regarding concerns in the United Kingdom (UK). I will quote from the report and from other sources throughout this essay. I focus on the philosophical implications of the authors’ proposed resolutions of their concerns.

The authors discuss the dangers that Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESSs) and Battery Energy Vehicles (BEVs) pose to humans and to environments through “thermal runaway”, a type of Lithium-ion (Li-ion) battery failure that folks call “battery fires”. According to the authors, these extreme energy releases generate “toxic gases such as Hydrogen Fluoride (HF) and highly inflammable gases including Hydrogen (H2), Methane (CH4), Ethylene (C2H4) and Carbon Monoxide (CO).”

The authors point out that BESS and BEVs can have serious fire and explosion incidents and advocate use of up-to-lethally enforced opinions to address their concerns. Opinions advocates call them regulations. Government folks make and enforce these regulations. Governments are frameworks through which folks rob folks to finance up-to-lethal assaults against folks by folks.

I will stipulate that the authors are correct that a BESS or a BEV can have thermal runaway that can harm humans.

The authors rely on “the Control of Major Accident Hazards Regulations (COMAH) 2015, intended to safeguard public health[1], property and the environment” to resolve their concerns about BESS and BEVs. The authors contend that COMAH 2015 controls “dangerous substances” such as Acute Toxic gases and Inflammable Gases.

COMAH 2015, as a set of regulations, has the status of law in UK. Laws and regulations are opinions that government folks impose on “violators” through up-to-lethal acts against these “violators”. Regulations control nothing; they provide enforcers with excuses to persecute folks and extract valuable considerations such as property, time, or life from the targeted folks for behaviors that offend the enforcers.

Throughout this document, the authors call for applying COMAH 2015 regulations to the operations of the BESSs while acknowledging that Health and Safety Executives (HSE), tasked with applying those regulations don’t. The past history of government folks resolving concerns leads me to believe that they are more interested in using the concerns to advance efforts to make residents miserable and dependent on their good will than in actually fixing what vexes folks. The authors of this paper apparently think that referring to regulations will provide a nudge to enforcers to compel project developers to prevent BESS-generated thermal runaways from happening.

The authors have not addressed insurance coverage for this project. I checked around and found that insuring against thermal runaways and their damages seems to be difficult given their properties.[2] The authors could have done better to promote insurance issues as a way to nudge developers into making BESSs less likely to cause harms to humans and their possessions.

I see so many riders on $$$$$ motors, wearing sockless canvas shoes, shorts, tank tops, or tee shirts, or no shirt, no gloves, and $$$$$ helmets.

This guy may have had a helmet. He apparently did not suffer from head rash. His body is cluster-fucked from the jaw/occipital area on down.

I wear socks and long underwear, steel-toed boots, blue jeans, shin/knee guards, long sleeved shirts, padded leather jacket or padded ballistic nylon coat, gloves, off-road style helmet, football mouth guard, and goggles. I add chaps in cold weather, and rain pants and rain coat in wet weather. The only things I seem to be missing are a back pad and a neck collar. I get a very short recovery and maybe some mild clothing rash or a bit of bruising when I fall down.

Different concerns for different folks, I guess.

And Fonda reportedly betrayed certain hired killers, some of whom died.

LIE NUMBER ONE:

“The first part of this is from an F-4E pilot. The pilot's name is Jerry Driscoll, a River Rat. In 1968, the former Commandant of the USAF Survival School was a POW in Ho Lo Prison the 'Hanoi Hilton. Dragged from a stinking cesspit of a cell, cleaned, fed, and dressed in clean PJ's, he was ordered to describe for a visiting American 'Peace Activist' the 'lenient and humane treatment' he'd received. He spat at Ms. Fonda, was clubbed and was dragged away. During the subsequent beating, he fell forward on to the camp Commandant 's feet which sent that officer berserk. In 1978, the Air Force Colonel still suffered from double vision (which permanently ended his flying career) from the Commandant's frenzied application of a wooden baton.”

Driscoll has flatly denied that this happened. He does not know how his name got linked to Fonda as a victim of her ‘treason’. In addition, why is this incident an act of treason by Fonda if Driscoll was supposed to have been punished after he spat at her? Neither the author nor you care about defining an act as treason using rational criteria, but are willing to hammer Fonda for events that did not occur, or were not her fault.

LIE NUMBER TWO:

“From 1963-65, Col. Larry Carrigan was in the 47FW/DO (F-4E's). He spent 6 years in the 'Hanoi Hilton',,, the first three of which his family only knew he was 'missing in action'. His wife lived on faith that he was still alive. His group, too, got the cleaned-up, fed[,clothed routine in preparation for a ‘peace delegation’ visit. They, however had time and devised a plan to] get word to the world that they were alive and still survived.. Each man secreted a tiny piece of paper, with his Social Security Number on it, in the palm of his hand...When [they were] paraded before Ms. Fonda and a cameraman, she walked the line, shaking each man's hand and asking little encouraging snippets like: 'Aren't you sorry you bombed babies?' and 'Are you grateful for the humane treatment from your benevolent captors?' Believing this HAD to be an act, they each palmed to her a sliver of paper. She took them all without missing a beat. At the end of the line and once the camera stopped rolling, to the shocked disbelief of the POWs, she turned to the officer in charge and handed him all the little pieces of paper. Three men died from the subsequent beatings. Colonel Carrigan was almost number four but he survived, which is the only reason we know of her actions that day.”

Carrigan has denied that this happened. He also does not know how his name got linked to Fonda. Snopes noted that she met with seven POWs who had not been tortured to force them to meet with her. Does meeting with non-tortured men make her a traitor? Fonda did meet with POWs and did accept paper from them, envelopes with letters addressed to family members in the US. She delivered those letters to their recipients.

LIE NUMBER THREE:

“I was a civilian economic development advisor in Vietnam , and was captured by the North Vietnamese communists in South Vietnam in 1968, and held prisoner for over 5 years. I spent 27 months in solitary confinement; one year in a cage in Cambodia ; and one year in a 'black box' in Hanoi. What treason did Fonda commit? There is no information that Fonda actually met this fellow. I have not found an account of a meeting between them. This guy was tortured after he told the PO yes he would meet with her. It is obviously her bad, right? No, this is a lie that Fonda was responsible for the torture that the NVA folks inflicted.

You seem to think that Fonda owes to you her life for actions that never happened, or for which she was not responsible. You seem to believe that you have a right to execute someone for spite.

If the developer paid for the property, paid the taxes that regulators imposed on the developer, and abides by the laws that regulators imposed on the developer, the developer is a paid up taxpayer and law-abiding entity, just like the property-owning taxpaying law abiding residents in Acton, CA who are sniveling about this project. I suspect that the nimbys sniveling about this project fantasise that aesthetics matters more than utility.

that I watched included folks talking about solutions to address the fires. I did not get that these folks were talking about banning the structures or the stockpiling of batteries, nor were they sniveling about the appearance of the structures or how the presence of the structures conflicted with the "character of the communities" in which folks built them.

The video that I saw had the message that there is a problem, and folks are looking for a way to resolve the problem.

1-5 apparently provide rational reasons to question whether BESS is a good idea for the eastern part of Acton CA.

6- 10 are all progressive type reasons. Progressives see government (a framework through which folks rob folks to finance up-to-lethal assaults against folks by folks) as a near-mystical organization that when in the hands of bureaucrats performs miracles and creates wonderful effects. They believe that central planning of land use is a better way to manage land use than planning by the actual users of such targeted land.

6-holds that folks must use their revenue producing resources for the benefit of local residents under threat of lethal consequences to the folks if they don't.

7- holds that aesthetic concerns enforced through up to lethal acts by government agents are more important than utilitarian uses of resources.

8- holds that plans crafted by and with bureaucrats to maintain aesthetic wishes through up-to-lethal acts are too important to alter.

9- holds that aesthetic preferences of non-users are more important than the productive preferences of a property’s user.

10-holds that a property use must benefit something that does not exist. There is no Acton community. There is just real land on which real folks really live.

This is not about property users fighting over to what use the subject property serves their best interests. It is about non-users demanding that property users comply with non-users’ wishes without compensation to the users.

With compliant planning, engineering, and zoning. aren’t property users eligible to apply for permits? Doesn’t this makes the "approval" process much easier, just as it would be for project opponents if they wanted to build on their privately owned properties? Isn’t this is a project that is being constructed on privately owned property, not on public land? Would project opponents be OK with people trying to stop them from building on their own properties, especially if they went through the process correctly, got their permits, and did their due diligence? Wouldn’t anybody would be upset with this outcome? If opponents take the scope of this project out of it and plug in a generic project, e.g., adding a pool in a backyard or a barn for kept horses, would they accept pushback for something done privately on owned property?

For the record, I do not support or oppose this project. Let bystanders, opponents, and proponents do their own research and not rely on second hand information.

Don't forget that Acton CA was a working, ranching, mining, farming area before yuppie-duppies infested it with their fantasies of leisure fake-rural, regulated living.
