The judge who ruled that Canadian government folk violated rules did not impose a sentence or a penalty on those folks. He merely pointed out that they were wearing filthy rags instead of robes of righteousness.
Apparently the German judge's acquittal of CJ Hopkins was not a final judgement. Even if the acquittal becomes final, some other prosecutor in some other German jurisdiction could file similar charges against Hopkins.
Since government folks are malevolent, malicious, and malignant, they ignore judges' rulings against them and find ways to continue their behavior.
